These terms cover text messages sent by Madhuram Decors LLC (doing business as Madhuram Decors & Events, www.madhuramdecors.com), an event decoration business serving the Dallas, Texas area, from our business number (844) 415-7550.
What we send
We send account and booking notifications only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
- Clients who book with us: a booking confirmation with a link to review and confirm your event dates, venue and timings, and occasional messages about that booking (for example, an invoice link or a payment reminder).
- Members of our event help team: a message when they are scheduled for a job, with the date, time and address, and a reminder the day before.
How you sign up
Clients agree to receive booking texts when they book an event with us and give us their mobile number for the booking. Help team members agree when they join the team and give us their mobile number in person or by phone. See how people agree to texts. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
How often
Message frequency varies with the events you’re scheduled for, usually 1 to 10 messages a month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. Reply START to receive them again.
