This policy explains how Madhuram Decors LLC (doing business as Madhuram Decors & Events, www.madhuramdecors.com) (“we”) handles personal information collected through our scheduling app and text messages.
What we collect
- For help team members: name, mobile number, the jobs you’re scheduled for, hours worked, commute and expenses you enter.
- For clients: name, phone, email, event details, and payments and agreements for your booking.
How we use it
Only to run our events: scheduling the help team, sending job details and reminders, paying team members, and managing client bookings, invoices and agreements.
Text messaging
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging consent is not shared with anyone. We use a messaging provider (Twilio) only to deliver our messages.
Who can see your information
Only the business owners. Help team members can see only their own jobs and entries. Our app and data are hosted by service providers (Supabase and Vercel) who process data on our behalf.
Keeping and deleting
We keep records as long as needed for our business and accounting. To have your information removed, or to stop texts, reply STOP or call 989-931-2345.
